Our annual fall fundraiser kicks off October 7! Proceeds from this successful frundraiser provide for technology and art instruction.  Students will receive catalogs for yummy products such as pizza, snacks and cookie dough. Gift items and Cookie Factory goods are
also available. 

Sale dates: Friday, October 7-Monday, October 17.
Order Pick Up date: Wednesday, Nov. 16th 12:00-6:00.
Please remember to pick up your order as the school does not have freezer space to store your order.

All orders (both white and yellow copies) and money must be returned in the envelope provided. All checks must be made payable to "Wildwood PTA." We cannot accept checks made payable to Mr. Z's Red Apple.

Prizes: Please see the "Your Choice" prize brochure on how you can earn awards for participating in the sale. Prizes will be pre-packed in your order. Please make a selection on your order form for which prize you want. If one is not indicated, an automatic selection will be made.
